Soil tests

Our professional engineers can supervise as well as conduct a wide variety of soil tests to ensure the safety and stability of the ground before construction work begins. Soil testing is mandated prior to the construction of new projects including buildings, swimming pools, and retaining walls, by Australian Law AS2870 to reduce the risk of soil movement leading to building damage.

Pavement Designs

Our pavement designs and consultation services include site investigation, lab testing, and assessment for all pavement and road projects including car parks and industrial sites.

Site investigation and contamination assessments

We can also conduct site investigations and contaminated land assessments when these are needed for the Development Application of a new construction. This assessment is used by councils to evaluate the proposed plot for suitability and identify any areas where action is needed.

A contaminated land assessment involves site investigations, a remedial action plan in cases where issues have been spotted, and post-investigation validation and site monitoring.
