South East Wilton is now rezoned.

The South East Wilton precinct includes a proposed primary school co-located with sports field, around 23 hectares of open space, a village centre and a diversity of new homes.

We are working to create an attractive and well-connected community, where people can live and work with good access to public transport, community facilities, open spaces, shops and cafes.

We will continue to work with the Government agencies and Wollondilly Shire Council on the delivery of key infrastructure such as roads, water, sewerage and drainage, to ensure developable land is available in time to support the growing community.

Next steps

The proponent will prepare more detailed plans which will be submitted to Council for development approval. Construction of new dwellings in the South East Wilton precinct will occur from 2020 onwards.
